Задания для самостоятельной работы

1. Исследования показывают, что отдельные типы личности более, чем другие, подходят для профессии консультанта. Предположим, что вы не обладаете идеальным для этой профессии набором личностных качеств (например, социальных, артистических, предпринимательских). Как вы смогли бы компенсировать свои недостатки? В группах по три человека обсудите ваши представления о личностных качествах, необходимых для эффективного консультирования.

2. Рассмотрите качества идеального консультанта (личность, образование, теор тическая позиция). Обсудите, насколько, по вашему мнению, эти качества могли бы отличаться, если бы вы занимались консультированием не в США, например, в Индии, Швеции, Израиле, Австралии или Аргентине (или в России. — Примеч. науч. ред.). Поделитесь своими мыслями с аудиторией.

3. Обсудите с одним из своих сокурсников, как вы могли бы помочь друг дру вырасти профессионально при условии, что у вас неравные способности к консультированию. После того как вы составите список, поделитесь своими соображениями с другой парой, а затем с аудиторией в целом. Обсудите в аудитории, как сформулированные вами стратегии могут оказаться полезными вашем профессиональном совершенствовании на протяжении всей карьеры

4. Вместе с одним из сокурсников обсудите, в чем состояло бы сходство и в hi различия подходов вашей работы с клиентами, если бы вы придерживали двух противоположных подходов — модели «развитие/благополучие» и могли «медицинской патологии». Обсудите свои результаты в аудитории.

5. Рассмотрите, как ассоциации консультирования и отдельные консультанты отстаивают потребности своих клиентов и самого консультирования. Лучше всего начать с посещения домашней страницы секции публичной полити АСА.
